Dr. Joshua Park, DSOM, L.Ac entered the TCM profession after his long struggle with chronic digestive illness was rapidly and permanently resolved with herbal medicine and acupuncture. Since then, he has committed his life to empowering patients with chronic illnesses to transform their lives and attain optimal health with Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Dr. Park received his doctoral training at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, where he studied with top physicians from Korea, China, Europe and the United States. He then spent four years working collaboratively with MDs at the Memorial Healthcare System’s Division of Integrative Medicine in South Florida, where he treated oncology patients, digestive ailments, neurological pain, and autoimmune disease.
Dr. Park currently practices in Southern California at Empowered You Acupuncture where he specializes in gut health and chronic digestive disorders such as IBS, Crohn’s Disease, and Ulcerative Colitis.
